Check in time is from 12 pm. Passport (or Identity card) is required to check into the hotel. Please notice that full day price is charged regardless of the arrival time.
Check-out is until 12.00 pm.
Please make sure you hand over your room key card to the hotel maid before check-out.
If you wish to stay in your room after 12.00 on the day of your departure, please contact Reception. We will be able to handle your request provided there are spare rooms available.
A late check-out charge from 12.00 to 18.00 pm. is 50% of the room rate.
A late check-out charge after 18.00 pm. is 100% of the room rate.
Please notice that a 10 000 RUB deposit must be paid on arrival as a guarantee for the costs of any possible damage caused to the hotel property.
Damage to the hotel property or property loss must be compensated in accordance with the current hotel pricelist and the law of the Russian Federation.
We kindly remind our guests that the hotel is strictly no smoking throughout all guestrooms including balconies, and public areas. The hotel provides a special outdoor site for the purposes of smoking.
We do not allow consuming alcoholic beverages in the hotel grounds.
For fire safety reasons, it is not allowed to use heating appliances (electric irons, water boilers, immersion heaters, etc.) except for those that we provide.
Pets are not allowed at the hotel for hygienic reasons.
For your own safety, all kinds of explosives, inflammables, as well as weapons and drugs are strictly prohibited in all areas of the hotel.
For safety reasons, guests are not allowed to make campfire, arrange picnic sites, or launch fireworks in the hotel grounds outside the special areas provided by the hotel for the purposes of recreation and entertainment.
Non-residents can stay in the guestrooms during the daytime until 11 pm. After 11 pm a full day price is charged per visitor. Please notice that passport (or identity card) is required to check into the hotel.
We kindly inform our guests that the following documents are required to check into the hotel (for foreign citizens only):
- identity document
- temporary or permanent residence permit
- migration card
Please notice that all documents and papers drawn up in a foreign language must be accompanied by a certified translation into Russian and notarized in accordance with the law of the Russian Federation.

We offer a variety of sea salt baths with natural essential oils: lavender, rosemary, chamomile, chestnut, lemon balm, as well as panta baths based on the extract of Altai maral (deer) antlers.

The temperature in the cedar barrel reaches 60 Deg C at a humidity of 90-100%. Total duration of the procedure is 50 minutes, it includes a shower, steaming in a barrel, tea time.
